Returns & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted as the order may already be in processing.
Returns
Customers may return a rug within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

It is in original condition

It is returned in its original packaging
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item has not been used, washed, altered, or damaged
Non-Returnable Items
The following goods are not eligible for return:

Items made to your specifications or customized / personalized orders

Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature

Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date

Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
Color Variation Disclaimer
Please note that the color of the rug you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.
This can happen due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and display settings. Such minor color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
Return Approval
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Damaged or Lost Returns
We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.
We strongly recommend using an insured and traceable shipping service. Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned item or receive valid proof of delivery.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
